Original review is in Rumanian, so we'll do with the Google translate version for now. Review contains lots of high iso images for you (and us) pixel-peepers :) P.S Google translate is fun!
"We were talking before the focus manually. The camera can be switched to manual focus mode, focus on making fly-by-wire system, that lens
has the focusing ring 'manual' and the information is electronically transmitted to the camera. Versus the X100, the system was much improved,
almost making the manual focus to be used. Interestingly, we found the 18mm objective the focus to be more agile, the transition from 1m to 5m to make much faster than the other objectives. The X100 I almost always use manual focus camera that's because the trigger delays (dead time between pressing the shutter and shutter triggering) get to be near zero. So read my statement I push away the AEL / AFL button easy to 'find' the finger opposition. X-Pro1 with much improved manual focus will facilitate further photographing on the street."
No longer the stuff of rumors, here's the E-M5 straight from the horse's mouth:
Dials! Dials everywhere, OM-D=Oh My Dials? Olympus really means business with this one. No fancy designer needed here, just the best example of retrography this editor has ever seen, and yes, i include all the recent Fujifilms, and the Panasonic GX1.
Pompous title? I thought so myself, but after spending 10 minutes with a loupe and a bunch of full sized jpeg images taken with a X-Pro1 i truly stand behind my statement. The X-Pro1 images in question are unprocessed jpegs taken at the launch event of the Romanian store 'f64'
